We don’t have any Rita’s where we live in Massachusetts. We hope that will someday change. We are willing to travel to support our “Rita’s addiction”. It’s never a disappointment and always 5-star. No matter which location we stop at - and we’ve visited quite a few - their desserts and specialty foods are always a huge treat.

Good location, great water ice! Downfall was the vanilla custard machine was broken when we went. Every time we visit this location there is always a long line. We waited in line about 10 minutes but it felt like forever. The staff were kind and quick, but there was just so many customers. Located in a shopping center with ample parking. There is good lighting at night. It's about a 5 minutes drive from Washingron Lake Park.

Great workers, always with a smile no matter the conditions. I think people need to tip them more. Their still supplying a service under these stressful conditions. Especially when customers are ignorant toward them. Great job Ritas egg harbor road

This Sewell location has been great for us! My kids always love the flavors and the help is so polite. I understand that sometimes I might have to wait a few minutes but its never too long to get a great treat! The new owners are a really great family, we wish them the best and great success in this location.

This is the absolute best Rita’s in the area! The service is always friendly and efficient. The owner goes above and beyond to have good customer service, great product variety and does it all while keeping her employees and the patrons safe. I would recommend this Rita’s to everyone! This is the only Rita’s I’ll go to! 10/10!
